Newbiggin by the Sea Town Council in Northumberland produced this Town Plan in 2010.

Newbiggin by the Sea has exceptional natural assets and we have the potential to become a prosperous community. All we have to do is provide first class facilities for residents and visitors. This way we will address the housing imbalance, have more disposable income in circulation, offer better career opportunities to retain our young people and take an even greater pride in our community.
